30 days coverage for manufacturing defects
Covers any manufacturing defect found within 30 days from delivery or purchase, such as a product fault in the lid, seal, steel body, measurement marking, or supplied mixing component.
Rusting of metal
Valid for 2 years against rusting of the metal body under normal use and proper care.

How To Use
Smooth mixing starts with sequence.
A small routine keeps the shaker clean, sealed, and ready for daily training.
Add liquid first
Pour water, milk, or your preferred cold liquid before adding powder.
Add supplement
Add protein, pre-workout, BCAA, creatine, or your chosen supplement.
Drop in the ball
Place the stainless steel mixing ball inside for smoother blending.
Seal and shake
Close the screw lid and flip cap firmly. Shake for 20 to 30 seconds.
How To Wash
Keep the finish sharp.
The best premium finish is maintained with fast rinsing, soft cleaning, and open drying.
- Rinse immediately after protein or milk-based drinks.
- Wash the body, lid, and mixing ball with mild soap.
- Use a soft sponge to protect the black steel finish.
- Leave the shaker open while drying to prevent odor.

Avoid hot and carbonated drinks because pressure can build inside a closed shaker.
Dry before storing
Moisture left inside can cause odor and may affect long-term hygiene.

Never microwave
The steel body and mixing ball must not be placed in a microwave.

Physical or accidental damage
Dents, cracks, broken caps, impact marks, drops, crushing, scratches, and damage from travel or gym-bag pressure are not covered.
Normal wear and cosmetic ageing
Minor scratches, color fading, coating marks, external scuffs, and everyday wear from regular handling are not treated as warranty defects.
Misuse or unsafe use
Issues caused by hot liquids, carbonated drinks, pressure build-up, microwaving, freezing, or using the shaker for non-beverage purposes are excluded.
Improper washing or storage
Odor, stains, residue build-up, discoloration, or rust-like marks caused by delayed cleaning, harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers, or wet storage are not covered.
Lost or replaced parts
Missing accessories, misplaced mixing balls, replaced lids, unauthorized repairs, and parts damaged after delivery are outside warranty coverage.
No valid purchase proof
Warranty review may require purchase details, delivery date, and clear images of the issue. Claims without reasonable proof may not be accepted.
