Claims must be raised within 30 days from the delivery date unless a product-specific warranty says otherwise.

Keep order ID, invoice, packaging photos, product photos/videos and batch or label details ready.

Use the claim form and explain the issue clearly. For damage, leakage or wrong item, attach evidence when support replies.

Inspection & Resolution

After verification, eligible cases may receive replacement, refund, store credit or another fair resolution.

  • For leakage, missing items or damage, unboxing video may be requested.

Wrong item received

Wrong item claims are usually eligible when the delivered product does not match the order record.

  • Share order ID, invoice, outer package photo and product photo.
  • Keep the product unused and packed safely.
  • Replacement or refund depends on stock and inspection.
Condition Based

Size or fit issue

Size claims may be considered for eligible gear if the item is unused, clean, complete and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping may be customer responsibility.
  • Used, stained, altered or damaged gear may be rejected.
  • Exchange depends on size availability.
Safety Rule

Opened nutrition or consumable product

Opened nutrition, supplements, consumables and hygiene-sensitive products are generally not returnable unless wrong, expired, damaged, leaked or defective on arrival.

  • Share batch, label, seal and product photos if there is a quality concern.
  • Do not make taste/preference claims as defect claims.
  • Final decision depends on safety and verification checks.

Misuse, alteration or heavy wear

Damage caused by misuse, overloading, wrong washing, alteration, accidental damage or heavy abuse is generally not covered.

  • Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.
  • False or repeated abusive claims may restrict future claim support.
  • Support may still guide you on paid repair or part support where available.

Eligible Claims

  • Return request raised within 30 days of delivery.
  • Wrong item, missing item, damaged delivery or leakage reported with proof.
  • Manufacturing defect noticed during normal first-use conditions.
  • Unused items returned with original packaging, tags, invoice and accessories.
  • Size or fit requests for eligible gear, subject to product condition and stock.

Not Eligible

  • Claims raised after 30 days, unless a product-specific warranty applies.
  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, wrong washing, alteration or negligence.
  • Opened nutrition, supplements or consumables, unless wrong, expired, damaged or leaked on arrival.
  • Products without invoice, order ID, labels, batch details or original proof.
  • Normal wear and tear, smell, stains, scratches, cosmetic marks after use or personal preference issues.

Claim Integrity Rules

  • One genuine claim per item/order unless Muscleape approves otherwise.
  • Edited images, mismatched products, reused order IDs or false claims may be rejected.
  • Suspicious repeated claims may require stricter verification or be declined.
  • Muscleape may request product return, unboxing proof or inspection before approval.
  • Fraudulent claims can lead to account-level restrictions and refusal of future claims.

Important Policy Details

These details help avoid confusion and keep the policy fair for both customers and the brand.

30-day return window

The 30-day return period starts from the delivery date shown by the courier or order tracking record. Claims raised after this period may be declined unless the product has a separate written warranty.

Refunds, replacements and store credit

Muscleape may offer refund, replacement, store credit, repair, part support or another fair resolution depending on product type, stock availability, issue type and inspection result.

Return shipping and non-refundable costs
  • If the issue is due to Muscleape error, wrong item, damaged delivery or verified manufacturing defect, Muscleape may support reverse pickup or shipping assistance.
  • For buyer's remorse, size preference, changed mind or non-defect returns, return shipping may be customer responsibility.
  • Shipping, COD, payment gateway or handling fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by Muscleape error.
Nutrition, supplements and hygiene-sensitive items

For safety and quality control, opened nutrition, supplements, consumables and hygiene-sensitive products are generally not returnable unless they were wrong, damaged, leaked, expired or defective on arrival and reported with proof.

Evidence required for claim approval
  • Order ID, invoice or purchase proof.
  • Clear photos/videos of issue, product, packaging, shipping label and batch/label details.
  • Unboxing video may be requested for damage, missing item, leakage or high-value claims.
  • Product must be returned for inspection if Muscleape asks for it.
Anti-fraud and abuse control

Muscleape reserves the right to reject claims that appear false, edited, duplicated, inconsistent, unverifiable, intentionally damaged, linked to misuse, or part of repeated abnormal claim behavior. This keeps the policy strong for genuine customers.
