Muscleape 30-Day Return Policy

At Muscleape, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit the Muscleape website and log in to your account.
2. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
5. Affix the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy requirements.
• If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a Muscleape error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
