Shipping within India

Muscleape currently offers Standard Delivery to serviceable addresses within India. The configured standard shipping charge for orders delivered within India is ₹0 (free shipping).

Delivery availability and estimates

Delivery is subject to postcode serviceability, product availability, payment verification, and carrier capacity. The delivery options available for an order, together with any applicable shipping charge, are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Delivery estimates may vary by destination, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other service disruptions. Any estimate shown at checkout or provided after purchase is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

International orders

International delivery is available only when the destination can be selected and a delivery option is shown at checkout. Any international shipping charge is displayed before payment. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Tracking and address changes

When carrier tracking is available, tracking information is shared using the contact details provided with the order. Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly; an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started or the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Delays, loss, or damage

If an order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant details. For damage claims, photographs of the parcel and product may be required so that the issue can be reviewed with the carrier.
